Parental Rights

The Supreme court ruled that there is a presumption that a fit parent acts in their child’s (offsprings) best interests, not the state or corporation of child protective services. - Parham v. J.R., 442 U.S. 584, 602; There is typically no reason for compelling interest for the state to inject itself into the private realm of the family when a fit parent is present. - Reno vs. Flores, 507 U.S. 292, 304. The state may not interfere in child rearing decisions when a fit parent is available. -Troxel v. Granville, 530 U.S. 57

(2000)

6.4 children die at the hands of the corporate agency of Child Protective Services and other agencies that claim to protect them while only 1.5 at the hands of parents per 100,000 children. CPS perpetrates more abuse, neglect, and sexual abuse and kills more children than parents in the United States of America.

Each day children and parents continue to be apart exacerbates existing harms. All humans are wired for connection. Know your rights because nobody, including a highly paid attorney will advocate for your children more than you will.

Help us navigate their safe return!

HUNTER'S LAW: THE PROPOSED LEGISLATION FOR THE EFFECTIVE LEGAL REMEDY FOR ALL FORMS OF ABDUCTION.

95 percent of kidnappings are committed by parents or other relatives and/or corrupt attorneys, and public officials in the family courts, guardianship or child "protection", forced adoption and juvenile justice systems.

There is currently nothing a "left behind parent" can do to prevent their child from being kidnapped, and even less that can be done to secure the prompt return of a kidnapped child. This is why we need to enact Hunter’s Law to:

H elp

U s

N avigate

T heir

E mergency

R eturn

The same goes for elders, pop stars and persons with disabilities or mental health struggles. If a corrupt attorney, corrupt judge, corrupt social worker, corrupt guardian get involved, absolutely anyone can get kidnapped under color of law without due process.

Hunter's Law subscribes to the belief that "we the people" must demand that our rights to due process and equal protection of the law be properly enforced by legal mechanisms that cannot be corrupted by power and authority.

Hunter's Law is written by Left Behind parents and other family members whose fundamental civil and political human rights have been violated by citizens and public officials in their countries, because these people have kidnapped their loved ones.

Americans with disabilities

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was signed into law on July 26, 1990, by President George H.W. Bush.

The ADA is one of America's most comprehensive pieces of civil rights legislation that prohibits discrimination and guarantees that people with disabilities have the same opportunities as everyone else to participate in the mainstream of American life

If you feel as if you've been discriminated against due to a disability, please visit the ADA, do your homework, and be your own best advocate. We all deserve the very best and the very same. Parenting isn't limited to those without a disability.
